FACEBOOK MARKETPLACE AUTO REPLY SOLUTION

The following mobile app will automatically reply to any message you receive on FB messenger. Examples:

1. Messages from facebook marketplace e.g., “Is it still available?”
2. Reply to any message with a standard reply

1. INSTAL THE APP

Instal the app for free from the play store on your Android device: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pransuinc.allautoresponder

2. SETUP THE APP

You will then be asked to give the app access to notifications, so you will need to activate this switch.

3. CREATE REPLY RULE

Click this button to create the message you want to reply to and also write the answer you want to automatically send.

Here is a description of some of the most important parts of the app:

1. If you want to send the same automatic reply to all messages you receive then click this button.
2. If you want to send an automatic reply only to some messages you receive e.g., “Is it still available?” then write this message in this field. You can also write it in any other language. We recommend selecting Contain.
3. Write your message (Thank you for your message. Yes it is available. )into reply message section.
4. In reply to section select Both option.
5. In this field you should write the reply you wish to send automatically. Then click Save (✔) button at the bottom right corner.

Click this section to edit the message you want to reply to and also write the answer you want to automatically send.

4. ACTIVATE THE APP

Now that you have inserted the message you want to reply to and also the automatic reply you want to send, it is time to activate the app. To do this just click the highlighted button you see in the image:

6. TEST YOUR AUTOMATIC REPLY

Click on the menu in the top left corner.

Write the message with which automatic replies should be triggered e.g., “Is it still available?”. Your automatic reply will be triggered and displayed.
